How do I get a website address?
We’ll take care of that for you. We’ll register it and configure it to point at your new website. And sort out the annual renewals.
I already have a website address. Can I use that one?
Sure. We will help to arrange transferring your domain name to us to use to build your new website with.
What about email addresses?
We will create new email addresses for you on your main name (no more gmail!) with you can access through any email client or via WebMail
I have an existing website. Can you fix / rebuild / improve it for me?
In virtually every case it is better to create a new site and then transfer any content that you want to keep into the new site. It’s much quicker, cheaper and you’ll get a better result. Don’t worry, we can still use your old website address should you wish.
What will you need from me?
In simplest terms we need your content (words and pictures). We can purchase relevant stock imagery if you require us too (as a pass through cost).
How long will it take to build my website?
A few days for the “Start Up” option through to a few weeks for an “eCommerce” site (depending on the complexity of what is required).
What about if I need to make changes to my website?
As part of our service we offer a monthly content update for you. Should you wish more regular updates then you can pay us to do it for you or if you have WordPress experience we can give you access to make any amends yourself.
