Dan runs DCH Automotive and has the kind of expertise that builds a loyal customer base through word of mouth. The problem is familiar: when a new customer searches for an automotive specialist in the area, a business without a website simply doesn't appear. Dan needed to change that.

The Challenge

Automotive work is a sector where trust matters before the customer commits. They're handing over a vehicle — often an expensive one — to someone they've never met. A professional website that shows the work, displays relevant accreditations, and makes it easy to get in touch goes a significant way toward building that trust before the first call.

Dan was starting from zero web presence. The brief was to build something professional and functional quickly, while leaving room to develop as the business grows.

The Solution

I built DCH Automotive a clean, professional site structured around the things that matter most for an automotive trade business. The homepage features a large image slider showcasing Dan's work — letting the quality speak before a visitor reads a word. Accreditations and professional memberships are prominently displayed, giving new customers the confidence signals they need.

An Instagram feed integration keeps the site current with Dan's latest jobs without requiring manual updates to the website itself. As new work goes up on Instagram, it appears on the site automatically. The contact page is straightforward — a form and the key contact details, nothing in the way.

The site is functional, professional, and gives DCH Automotive a credible foundation to build from.

The Results

DCH Automotive now has an online presence that reflects the quality of the work. When a potential customer searches for an automotive specialist in the area, Dan's business appears. When they arrive at the site, they find something professional — work showcasing, accreditations visible, and a clear path to getting in touch.

It's the start of a longer journey. As the business grows and the portfolio expands, the site can grow with it. The important thing is that the foundation is in place.
