Mad Graphics is a marketing agency — and a marketing agency's website is held to a different standard than most. Their clients are coming to them precisely because they want professional, impactful communications. If the agency's own website looks ordinary, that's a problem before the conversation has even started.

Martin, the founder, knew the original site wasn't doing justice to the work. He needed a redesign that could match the energy and quality of what Mad Graphics actually produces.

The Challenge

Marketing agency sites tend to be one of two things: style-led showcases that look impressive but are hard to navigate, or straightforward service pages that are easy to follow but forgettable. The challenge was to land somewhere that's both — engaging enough to make an impression, clear enough that a prospective client can quickly understand what the agency offers and why they should get in touch.

There was also the practical challenge of keeping the portfolio current. A marketing agency's best work is always its most recent work, and a static site goes stale quickly. The solution needed a way to surface new work without requiring a manual update every time.

The Solution

I rebuilt the site with a design that uses movement to connect content — scroll-triggered animations that link imagery to the services behind it, giving visitors an intuitive sense of what Mad Graphics does as they move through the page. Bold service icons make each offering immediately identifiable, and the overall layout has a directness that suits an agency audience.

The Instagram feed integration was the answer to the portfolio freshness problem. Martin's Instagram is updated regularly with his latest projects, and the feed pulls directly onto the homepage — meaning the most recent work is always visible without any additional admin. It also reinforces that Mad Graphics is active and producing.

Google Maps integration gives the site a local anchor, helping it appear for local searches alongside the brand presence it projects.

The Results

The redesign gave Mad Graphics a website that reflects the standard of their output. The scroll animations and bold visual language create the kind of impression a creative business needs to make — differentiated, professional, and memorable.

The Instagram integration has proved its value in practice: the homepage stays current with Martin's latest work without any intervention, which is exactly the outcome a busy agency needs.
