Silvero Homes is a property development agency working at the premium end of the market. Their clients are buying or renting high-value homes, which means the website needs to match the quality of the properties it showcases. A generic template or a cluttered layout would work against the brand before a visitor has even looked at a single listing.

The Challenge

Property websites can easily go wrong in one of two directions: too much information competing for attention, or too little information leaving the visitor unsure what to do next. For a premium agency, the balance matters even more than usual — the design needs to signal quality without getting in the way of the product, which is the homes themselves.

Silvero Homes had a strong logo and a clear sense of the market they serve. The brief was to use that as the starting point and build something that felt consistent with it — professional, minimal, and easy to navigate.

The Solution

I drew the design direction from the Silvero Homes logo, using the brand's colour palette as the foundation for the site's visual language. The result is a clean, minimal aesthetic that lets the property photography do the work — large images, clear headings, and a structure that guides the visitor from browsing to enquiry without friction.

The navigation is simple and deliberate: available properties, contact details, and enough about the agency to establish credibility. The information is easy to digest and the calls to action are clear. There's nothing on the page that doesn't earn its place.

On the technical side, the site loads quickly and performs well on mobile, which matters for buyers who are researching on their phones as they travel to viewings.

The Results

The design was approved on first presentation — something that doesn't always happen, and a sign that the brief was well understood. The finished site presents Silvero Homes at the level their market expects: professional, polished, and consistent with the quality of the properties they sell.

For a business operating at the premium end of the property market, the website is often the first impression a prospective buyer gets. Silvero Homes now makes that first impression count.
